Hanging on load screen.

Hello -

I have also downloaded the 14 day trial and am hanging on the load screen. Have checked "Task Manager" and says Ryzom is running.

System Specs
3.2 Pent 4
1 GB RAM
256mb Geforce 6800

Netgear Router
With the following ports open
47851
80
40916
43434

Doesnt let me specify UDP/TCP in the port forwarding section so I have entered each seperatly as the Start/End Port

Really want to give this a shot, please advise

Any chance that we can extend the trial until this is resolved?

If you have a firewall installed on your system you will probably need to open the UDP 47851 port in it too. The network FAQ shows how to do it for WinXP SP2.
To determine if your router is the problem disconnect it and connect your PC directly to the modem.

I tried disconnecting form router, and was able to connect. Then reconnected to router and it also worked. So hopefully the problem will not reoccur in the future.
