If you want a Q250 suit, of course the mats will need to be Q250. As far as the grade, that's completely up to you.

tbh what Saranda is doing is a gd idea tbh, helps the poeple that dont have money but can get a hold of 250 ql mats via guildies or allies...maybe ill take a set or 2 of you saranda

Iv payed more for lower Q before
good price / Trade IMO and soon as I'm pulling Q250 PR ill hit ya up for a few

As for Basic and Electrometrix, feel free to /tell me in game if ya want some suits. Although, Electrometrix, if I remember correctly, you are Lockheart's brother, which may be an issue considering our current relations with Infinity.
