I'm seeing possibilities for our guild :)

A bar/club where you are charged for entry and then we collect money from the doorman. NPC poledancers anyone? ;)

Our bootcamp could be an ACTUAL bootcamp, that anyone can enter, with everything needed to undergo our tests. Complete the missions, get a 'Samsara token', give it to one of our officers, and you're in :)

Add rooms onto our guildhall

A duelling chamber, a garden reflectory, a private pool or steambath :)

A gladiatorial arena where a brave gladiator can fight progressively harder spawns for money.

Jenites Vs Varinx :)

ok, no xp, no mats at the beginning (probably no DP then too). This means no exploids. No one goes digging there, no one goes hunting there. No one goes grinding there.

Its holidays in RP heaven :)

But once approved as a 'good' well built place could be so much more (xp, dp, mats)

i have to say im far from impressed with this ring idea lol i thought we payed our subscription so the devs create a world for us to then say heres a new add-on which youll have to pay for which helps you create places you can have added to the game which suprise you also pay for.....

the last 5 months of our subscriptions was spent thinking of a way to bleed some more cash from us? =/

I'm confident that at the least, there are a talented and imaginative few players who will create amazing new additions to Atys that will entertain everyone else at no additional cost to those who don't want to pay anymore then the subscription.

Also, I'm sure this means it will be faster and easier for offical content to be released. As far as I can see, it's a win-win situation, whether you want to actively mod or just enjoy new places.

My only disappointment is what sounds like another long wait..... end of the year release approximately? Please correct me if it's sooner :D

i agree that there will prob be alot of good stuff from players.. probably some alot better than the stuff weve had from the devs since release, but what im saying is why should we have to pay extra for it? lol so far ive played since beta and i havnt been impressed by anything they have added so far this is no exception if it didnt have such a great community i doubt there would be anyone even bother to log in nowadays =/

I really do wonder why people are being so negative.

This is the freedom and creativity of content that's been a holy grail of MMOs since they made the leap to 3d. Only Second Life offers anything like it and its held back by being... well lame!

Also as has been pointed out, if the tools are that good, Nevrax should be able to roll out some blinding stuff.

I think R2 is a wonderful idea and may eventually lead to wonderful new lands! But, I think folks are disappointed that this will take many months to implement and we would like some new content now. The Outposts will be fun for those who like PVP or GVG, but the rest of us have no new content to look forward to in the forseeable future.

I've played games with Outposts SWG and AO both allow their creation, expansion, arming, attacking and retaking. Very soon people tire of the time(especially time) and expense it takes to "make war" and they become nothing more than gloried guild halls. Many of us would much prefer a new land with new mobs and challenges, R2 may give these, but not anytime soon. :(
