Why not if someone whants to buy it ...
A man can become master in martial arts in about 10 yrs. In all those yrs when he sweats blood, he learn how to kill with bare hands. But he also learns to have respect for human life and also respect for others who are learning the same things in the same way. If some magic power will learn the man to be a master in 1 second he will start killing anybody without regret or hesitation... because he can.
The same applies to a 12 yrs old kid who gathered 100 bucks and bought a uber char - no matter in what game.

I find that highly exagerated, since 10 years seem awfully short for someone to grasp all aspects of a serious martial art (Shaolin monks train their whole life to reach mastership of their skills and thus also enlightenment... but that' s of another matter); but your point is very valid and I agree.
Hardship and training make you understand the value of such experience since with power comes responsibility.

In the end it comes down to the investors pockets, that is the way we are ruled now. Not with swords or fear of torture, not people of vision or stature, but by accountants, paper pushers and marketing, the bottom line rules us all.
If it is red it gets the axe eventualy...
