I've gotten that last crashmessage very often - in variations, but always that "The thread attempted to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access." and lots of decoder/sock stuff.

I got it solved after trying virtually any possible solution. *g*
But I don't know if this fits your machine as well. In my case this was caused by some incompatiblity of AMD-XP processors, and certain MB/memory combinations. I found out about this in some tech-forums, but haven't got links anymore. Sorry.

But maybe - if you're familiar with bios-tweaking - you might want to try different memory-timings or even to underclock your memory (that's what I have to). I never had any problems with any software at 2-3-3-11 (200mhz) - then Ryzom came and I kept getting strange lockups, freezes, selfreboots and crashes (with that very message). After a lot of trying I figured my Ryzom (not my System *g*) runs best with memory at 2.5-4-4-8 (190mhz).

This all might not help you at all, since I got an XP on nforce2, but then it's still AMD on nvidia, maybe this memory-problem (that seldom really is a problem) is still existend with some of the 64s.

But one thing is almost certain: It's got something to do with your memory. No more than 60MB RAM, but almost a gig pagefile used. Ryzom got terrible memory managment, but this seems to point to some sort of memory problem (that maybe only Ryzom got...rest of your system may run just fine. ryzom is picky there).

ps:
From memtest86.com:
There have been numerous reports of errors with only tests 5 and 8 on Athlon systems. Often the memory works in a different system or the vendor insists that it is good. In these cases the memory is not necessarily bad but is not able to operate reliably at Athlon speeds. Sometimes more conservative memory timings on the motherboard will correct these errors. In other cases the only option is to replace the memory with better quality, higher speed memory. Don't buy cheap memory and expect it to work with an Athlon! On occasion test 5/8 errors will occur even with name brand memory and a quality motherboard.
