Yeah but thats the +6 not the -4

It is too bad to get in usual way :)
Even degrades from basic mats have less dodge penalty than "-4"

Thats what I thought. My original questoin was "can the stats be beaten?" and the -4 obviously can

I wish it was possible for high level armor crafters to get special plans for better performance armors. Maybe with high fame prerequisite and hard rite mission.
