I have to agree that dividing a topic up into multiple threads makes it more difficult to find what you are looking for. You would think the dev's would want topics categorized for easier searching regardless of there being some posts rather repetitive.

Locking a thread would mean that someone would 'ramble' in a new thread.

My locking it the thread remains useful as something a dev can bookmark, and then quickly scroll through.

People

ramble

too

much

The devs only have so much time for reading forums during the work day. They simply don't work as much as some people play the game nor should they.

As said, if people have more good and decent suggestions rather than just rambling... how about starting a thread and posting them?

right now all I see is pointless and worthless whining. I know this will offend some of you and I don't want to. But its the truth, this is NOT constructive criticism here.

Guys, you can certainly start another thread for a wishlist. There's nothing stopping you from doing that. I just chose to close the "official" thread. Please keep the CONSTRUCTIVE suggestions coming!

I've read back through the original Feature Wishlist thread twice and still can't figure out why it was locked.

Cerest said, "Ok, well I'm hearing some repeats so I'll assume that most of what is desired in the game has already been said. Thanks for keeping it fairly on-topic."

After 12 hours the thread gets locked and the community liason assumes that no one else desires anything else? Does anyone else here find that a little disturbing, especially after experiences with "other" MMO's?

By locking the thread and not making it sticky assures that it falls to the bottom where newer players will be sure not to see it, thereby cluttering up the forums with additional "repeated" requests for the same features that have already been noted....and this makes sense????

You are all obviously VERY upset about this thread. So, I'll reopen the official thread, just this once. Just make sure to keep on-topic and avoid too many repeats please.

Best of luck to you. I think I would rather being driving a cab in New York than Moderating an MMO forum.
