Yes, as you go up through the quality then the attributes go up. For example Big Shell's main attribute is damage - by the time you get up to supreme the damage stat is 100.

Best thing IMO about supreme is that all the other stats go up too, so pretty much anything made of supreme mats will have... well... supreme stats
