Server status should be saying OFFLINE, since we cant connect to it.
ALthought we do understand that is it ONLINE... but it should be marked OFFLINE since no one can access it.

"Error: selected shard is not available" in game... then you check the status on the web site and it says all ONLINE? doesnt sound right to me.

Anyway... when is the downtime (patch) thingy ends?

That isn't always practical. It may be better if you just bookmark this forum and come here when the servers seem to be down.

Well, plangent, greatly appreciate your clarification.

However, I don't see why "scheduled" downtime may not be announced beforehand. Anyway, it's usually "unforesee" downtime that were always not announced with engineerings doing firefighting at the back.

I think Nevrax will bring more confident to consumers if such micromanagements are handled professionally.

i know it's not always that easy Plangent, but if you can only update your shard status on your website in case of maintenance because many other sites maintain their shard status from your shard status ... and everyone's wrong.
Only that should be great !
