BTW I screwed up multiple times. I think it's my fault Yow and Dahinda did not make it and I truely apologize. I kept using heals that were to big and revived people, when what was called for was lengthening spawn. A chore in itself, but one that I believe with a good amount of patience would be far more effective. So I'm putting a few small 200 heals in my spell list :P

Badly implimented PvP is the thing most likely to make me leave this game. :(

josephm wrote:So why is your 15 bucks worth more than mine? I used that against you ages ago Tetra :) Point is that PvP is there and we have to deal with it. For instance, I want alot more free for all pvp than currently available. Oh well. We both loose.
and if you go back to where you "used that against me"... you will see where I soundly beat you over the head with it... You see, in order for that whole argument about how 15$ = 15$ so why should someone who wants to amuse themselves by killing someone who doesn't want to be killed be inconvienienced... the answer is very simple. On one hand, you have an unwilling victim... On the other hand... you have someone who wants to make someone else their unwilling victim. Your desire to enjoy the game by making else into your unwilling victim, is exactly what makes your desire to make them your victim less important than their desire to not be a victim; you want to actively harm them, they want to passivly be left alone.

ok...
whosoever that votes "open PvP" deserves to be hurt. Badly.

i don't know if you guys are farmiliar with the MMO Lineage 2 but let me say that it was a nightmare to level. One could not walk several steps from the city safe-spots without being killed, losing 11% experience, and being put at a serious inconvenience, having to trek all the way to where they were previously.

OPEN PvP IS NOT FUN.

In any MMORPG I've seen, any form of nonconsensual PVP led to excessive griefing. Giving people the ability to is pretty much equivalent to letting them do it.
My votes go to No PvP at all and Consensual Only. If the game ever went free PvP, despite having bought and paid for the game, I would quit in a heartbeat.
FreePvP destroys so many good MMORPGs....
