english overwhelmed :)

i take by priority
aggressive/ gentle extracts
counterparts
life+ , then range and angle

i get two spots and knowledge 1 for comfort... well, three spots actually, but hey :)

save points before hitting big marks (lvl 100) but before that you can buy all you want basically

that reminds me, is it easy to go to other lands to forage to get some quick sp? i've hit 103 in desert but all other skills are at 51... kinda slow sp atm :)

A couple of things I've found that might answer your question, if I understand it right.

I tend to have separate prospecting buttons for different uses. In other words, if I don't have a source marked I'll use deposit tracking (before it was broken) to find roughly where the item is, and then use a wide angle range like 90' with 20' range and 3 sources to get close to the node. Then I use a different one with narrow angle, no range, and knowledge 1 to make sure I stay on the single node rather than switching in between nodes, which means I deplete only one node before moving to the next. It also costs a lot less in focus, which even with insta regen helps over time when you're doing a lot of pulls. I hope that helps.

And as far as other land harvesting, just keep in mind that you can only realistically harvest stuff 10 levels over your skill, so start with harvest 60 if you go someplace else. But ya, you can PL for sps easier than you did when you were 51 in your original harvesting thanks to speed and rate stanzas along with specialization - the extra 300-400 exp per pull helps a lot.

What prospecting stanzas I use, you ask?

Everything that's hominly possible! >8-E=

On more serious note, terrain specialization and source time bonus takes priority, from there whatever enables me to prospect the grade I want (choice, excellent etc.) with minimum credit cost. And if the situation allows me, I prospect the next spot before my current source time runs out so I get my focus back from that as well, and I can use a lot heavier prospecting actions too.

Yeah, one other trick too is to use prospect for 3 (or more) sources; if you time it right - and you really gotta move - you can get two sources out of one prospect. Helps nicely.

Timing rules in prime roots differ a bit from the ones on surface, since terrain spec prospecting there gives more time. Anyway, I'm currently prospecting up to 4 spots per shot and that doesn't allow me to use two spots per one prospecting. So in my case, I reckon it's 5 spots and I can do that then, if source time bonus 6 allows that, don't know yet.
