Im not fed up with this game yet. But, I do want to see somthing. Will I wait? Sure I will. Ive waited and played this long and Im kind of pot committed to use a Texas Holdem phrase. Will I play while I wait? You can bet your sweet bippy I will, cause if you think Im gonna let you guys get way ahead of me you got another thing commin!

Listen, its like this. Im not looking for instant gratification. Im not saying gimme now or Im leaving. Im just saying Im getting to the point where I want to know whats next. About how long do I have to get ready. That would be enough for me to keep going and still have fun.

Heres an example. We have a taste of the encyclopedia. But whats it good for?

I won't care if they say it outright or leak a secret. Just give us somthing that will let us know whats going on.

With the implementation of the Encyclopedia, and the full implementation of Rites in the 3rd installment of "Patch 2" i think accomplishment and the feeling that goes with it will be in. (Atleast im hoping) From filling many of the encyclopedia entries myself i do feel like i have accomplished something because they can be very hard to find and even harder to finish.

My suggestion is try to work on that. I was at the same point in feeling apathetic and wondering where the content was, but i think this is a sign that it is coming. I just wish they would add the rites tomorrow instead of the PVP material. Maybe the two are somehow intertwined. These guys are known for their stealth changes.

Just know you are not alone, but if you stay, you are one of us who believe that Nevrax will deliver and this game will eventually be what we had all hoped for.

After reading your above post, done while i was writing my own, I agree that they should communicate more. Only the lack of communication will make people feel like nothing is coming.

This is very true. It makes you wonder if they are quite because they don't want to say anything or, they have nothing to say.

3 simple letters CVS, i forget the exact command but you can check out the whole tree in one shot

http://www.nevrax.org/cvs/

as for this post, there is a lot to this game, right now they're just giving us sometime to learn the world as well as ironing out some of the bugs and giving the game a lot of balance

if you are getting bored go out and enjoy the outdoors or watch a movie or something

Gee I never thught of that. (jk) To be honest I haven't played for about 4 days. I don't play every day and have no real desire to play any time soon. I wrote the post because I payed for an unfinished product and wanted to see if the vender had anything to say about how and when they were going complete production. I tried to do it in a constuctive none threatening way. So far Ive gotten know direct responce but freinds tell me they added to the story line and Ive been shown the post on tomorrows installment.

As far as your comment about giving us time. Let me ask you. Where did you get that bit of information? Did you hear it from a GM? Did you read it in a post or SoR booklet. Or is it just something you thought they were doing.

Now you can check my post history. I have been loyal and patient. I am no flamer or troll. I dont beleive I am asking for anything that shouldn't be supplied. Only what was advertized.

Actually before release, they mentioned in OPEN interviews and other sources that they would be doing major updates every 6 months, to include new skills, new land masses and within a year or two, a new PLANET. So...that info is out there...IF you go looking for it.

Sure it is because the interviews are on almost every major gaming websight out there and a simple google search will get you the same responce. Considering that ryzom is being developed by a rather small company compared to say WoW which has just about every resource they could ever need, Id say they are doing a pretty good job at game development. Sure Id love my own unique items and everything thats been mentioned above, but im a patient fellow....(kind of have to b when you play MMO's) and will wait to see what comes!

Well...You said you're staying. Lots of other people are staying who think the same way but haven't even bothered to post. So why should they say anything? It means they get to hide more easter eggs.
