Patch Tomorrow, December 21st

All Servers will be taken down for a patch (the second part of Chapter 2) tomorrow at 14:00 CET (13:00 GMT/UK Time). We expect the Servers to be online again around 17:00 CET (16:00 GMT/UK Time).

Some additional info on Chapter 2, part 2:

The key element in the Chapter 2 part 2 release is the opening of PvP zones in the Prime Roots. These zones do not occupy the entire Prime Roots, as they did on the ATS, but are limited to the Nexus and Lands of Umbra. Parts of these zones have been spiced up to make them richer and more interesting for the foragers, making them highly attractive for
those looking for the materials required to craft cool gear. The combination of dynamic foraging spots, that only supply a limited quantity of raw materials in a given time period, and group or guild based PvP bring a new dimention to high level play on Atys.

The work with the ATS focus groups has begun to bear its fruits. Thanks
to some very valuable feedback, the dev teams have made some significant
improvements to PvP balancing. The work will continue over the weeks to
come as they strive to make the interaction-based game systems seriously
enjoyable.

PvP Factions Reminder:

As part of today's patch, PvP factions have been activated in the Fleeting Gardens Zone (Matis). This was not intended. Please think twice before choosing a faction in this area. It will have a strong impact on your kami/karavan fame. We will be deactivating this feature soon until it is ready and meant to be published.
