PvP looting?

I've read the patch notes, and seen the discussions. I would first like to say that this is the happy medium of PvP that I suggested. Bravo Nevrax.


However, what is the case with looting in PvP? Can you loot player corpses? One item, random item, all items? Are they given a chance for res? etc etc etc.

I'd hate to find out these answers the hard way. Can somebody clarify what the loot scenario will be?

Honestly Zonoli, until they go live with the code (patch complete), we won't really know until either we get killed or we kill someone.

I have learned just because its on ATS, doesn't mean that it will be the exact same on live.

Time will tell.

Nothing in the patch notes regarding looting. Seems like there isnt any atm.

errr looting? atm no. I can only imagine all the harvester complaint threads that would spawn if it did happen

exactly, then foragers would want a destroy EVERYTHING on me button. I used to do that in EQ, run around naked and destroy ALL coin on me just before being killed. Then the PKers would get MAD at me, their fault for bothering a peacable person.

i think if looting was going to ever happen then we would need banks as there is no where to store money unless you own a guild house of course and id hate to get looted if i had a few mill in my pocket -.-

The day player looting is turned on in this game is the day I quit. I play this game because it dose not have looting.

actualy if they made looting where you got somthing like a Tryker head with the players name or some sort of trophy I wouldnt mind that. I mean who doesnt want a tryker head over there fireplace!
