Error on loading

For starters when i click "iaccept" it gives an Nel error report, however on clicking "Ignore" the game proceeds fine. After creating a character, it shows an island woth 5 villages i think i chose one and click play now. Now it goes Full Screen and on on loading bar after going to an extend stops and shows a runtime error.

Its not related to fonts.bnp as you might figure, i've tried something mentioned on some other thread here.

Please provide a solution. My trial peiod is almost up and i have to try the game.

basically they say that the file: data/creature.packed_sheets.bnp is broken

now to fix it, try the following: download total commander from http://www.ghisler.com, navigate it to your ryzom/data folder, mark teh file above once by rightclicking, go to files -> change attributes, activate change date/time, then click current and click ok, after that start ryzom and let it patch

if that doesn't help, delete the whole content of the unpack folder

if that doesn't help, delete the file in question

and the last chance: new install

Those methods arent working, the client just goes on an infinite re-launch without it re-launching. Also a fresh install is not an option see, this is the 12th(been patching this long)after i register ed free trial (1 Euro) and i've never been able to enter the game. Finanally i got the patching to finish. So its impossible to go on a re-patching the whole thing (67 files - 200+ mb especially client does have resume and i have teribbly a slow connection).

Any suggestions? i'm sure there is a solution for this. also now the client is on a ionfionite re-launch... (gee thanks to you i have a great head ache.. just kidding... ^_^''') thanks for your help but any other suggestions?

And i did go to the chat, and the problem was not solved. However one "takeshi" tried his/her best to help me, but no avail.

looks like faulty ram to me, go into your bios and try lowering the frequency and increasing the CAS latency, if that helps slowly move the values in the other direction again
