No your credit card was not charged. You would have received a verification window for your credit card if you did.

This sux if i cannot download the game from you because of some lame agreement. If i cant download the game online should not have been able to purchase a online code at all.

So to set things straight:
I will never be able to download ryzom from your website because i am in Sweden where theres a retailer that sells the game?

If this is correct, why could i purchase a key and register my account? I should not be able to purchase a product that i cannot download or play at all.

If you didn't want to purchase the game then you need to contact the billing department of the community you joined.

I'm not sure why you would be able to get past the web registration unless you were using a proxy to get past the fact that Sweden is not eligible for the download. In which case, if you were, that's keeping you from downloading the game because it won't download to your ip address. :( I'm sorry this has happened, but you will need to contact billing to sort this out.
