patch problem

hello..
I have a very bizzare problem about patch... since 1 day ago everytime i started the game it start for 76 mb patch then hwen i restart the game it start for patching again...

I have re-installed the game 3 times by now and everytime i get the same problem

It says total patch 9,9 MB/26,2 Mb
but in the main window it shows 76 mb... it is so time consuming.. say when i start the game actually i may be play the game if i am lucky for about an hour later!! why is that..??
any help..??
