With the implementation of a new system for in-game email and forums with Chapter 2, all previous emails have been deleted. We're very sorry for this inconvenience but hope that the new system will help make up for it.

We are experiencing some problems with players' haircuts due to the introduction of new haircuts ingame. When you log into The Saga of Ryzom, you might have a different haircut then the last time. To counteract that we will offer a free haircut after the fix to anyone who has recevied a different haircut in the meantime. The fix is scheduled to go live ASAP either tomorrow or the day after. After the fix goes live, everyone will be rolled back their original haircuts.
