Not that it helps any, but Trinity, Navra and I are all in the same boat with you,
still waiting on the game that supposedly launched in all of NA on the 20th.

Re: Masterthread: Ordering & Pre-Ordering the Game
Um do any of you know HOW to activate the armlet option? I received the game without the code (From EB Games) And so installed it and started it up and everything transfered the account and all. I noticed that I was given the option to enter the armlet code as an open-ended option meaning it had no time limit so I started a character and all (dived right in like a junkie who hasn't had a fix in days) but got the code through email like 3 days later. Entered the code and....nothing. I can't detect a noticable difference anywhere to actually use the armlet. I'm not claiming foul or anything but am I suppose to actually create a new character after entereing the code or should the armlet be awarded proactively? Sorry for taking the long way round to describe a simple problem but thats teh way I am. :-p Any help guys?
Re: Masterthread: Ordering & Pre-Ordering the Game
Currently, the armlet only appears on characters created after the code is entered. Hopefully that will be fixed so people don't have to start from scratch due to a vendor problem.grimlok wrote:Um do any of you know HOW to activate the armlet option? Re: Masterthread: Ordering & Pre-Ordering the Game
Amazon.ca is telling me that Tri Synergy Inc. (who Nevrax entered into agreement with to distribute Ryzom in the US 'AND CANADA' the week of Sept. 20th) has only delivered to the US.
It sounds like it could be Tri Synergy who ****ed us, but Nevrax could have avoided the problem by picking both a US and a Canadian distributor.

How can you be so sure they will have it either? Just cuz it says so on their website?Unregistered wrote:mmm, why do you want to buy it at Amazon ?
You can buy it online here in Canada :

I suspect they will have exacly the same problems as amazon.ca.
[It would probably violate their distribution agreement with Tri Synergy if Nevrax were to supply videogamesplus some other way.]
