At lvl 44 now i can heal for 511 and i assure u it is enough to save tanks a lot of lvls above me (on the top of that i heal sap and stam very well too).

Wear good player crafted magic amps and light armour and you'll be fine

Also this isn't EQ where the cleric had armor ALMOST as good as the tanks he/she was healing.
