I have never had access to personal profiles, or public profiles for that matter, I can't even change mine (no sig, etc)
How do we get access to our account info on the message boards that allow us to modify our personal profile, view others public profiles, etc?
Is this a bug?

Haven't been able to see the profile on others, maybe they disabled it?
