Why can't I search the forum ??

do me a favor.... right above your post... it says SEARCH THIS THREAD... guess what? same thing applies to the other boards.... go into a board and on the top right you can see it... SEARCH THIS FORUM

Ah ha ... ok ... but on the general page it's not shown unless you enter a thread. not always, each board software is differen't. yes it's been my annoyance with the forum cause i forget where to look for it
