TeamPvP Challenge - Problems

I tried the team challenge with 2 little groups (3v3), all six players did spent a few minutes/hours in game before.
So we tried to invite each other (team leader to team leader) for the challenge, but everytime we did this, the message "You can't propose a challenge because a member of the oppenent/your team being attacked by a creature." was shown on screen, although there was no creature...
We tried re reinvite each other into the teams but nothing seemed to solve this problem.

We all (6) did a relog and afterwards we were able to do the challenge.

But after someone attacked a mob, this problem arose again.
