I as well, and the chat support isnt working either. It happened as soon as I got the new patch.

I've gotten stuck on the "please wait" prompt many times over the past month. It only happens when I first log in.....my character appears but none of his stats do. I've waited as long as a half hour and nothing happens. Only solution is to exit game and re-enter. It almost never happens twice in a row, and is somewhat random. I would say overall this happens about 30% of the times I try to log in. The other times everything works fine.
