Tried to start up the ATS server and got an error

I know, this prolly belongs on the tech forum...but is anyone even watching that? I KNOW Cerest watches this forum about as well as your average HAWK..so...I posted it here...Even if it ends up moved...Cerest is more than likely going to see it as she moves it. SO...

I downloaded, and had hubby do everything we were told to do to get the ATS working and when I put in my password I got the error 53 "You can use the client application "ryzom test" error 53". What does this mean? And where did we goof?

Let me ask a silly question. Did you get accepted to the ATS? Or were you a pre order code holder or focus beta tester? If you answered yes to any of these then you should be able to get in. If you answered no to all three then should not be able to get in. PM me for your reply and I'll try to help you out.
