Heya. I got the free trial over the weekend and have enjoyed playing the game enough to consider buying it. But your webpage is misleading in what I would need to do in order to make this fully registered.
http://ryzom.com/freetrial/
one page says "As a special Xmas promotion, players who purchase the game during their trial willl be charged just $29.99, instead of the retail price of $49.99." at the bottom.
http://ryzom.com/?page=registration
another page says "To play the Saga of Ryzom, you have to buy a box of the game, and then register your copy."
If I buy a box of the game, how will the store that I go to, know to only charge me 29.99?
Could an Admin tell me what I need to do for this promotion?
misleading promotion?
Re: misleading promotion?
Sending a support request ticket at the following address is far more likely to get you a quick reply:

Hope it works out.

Re: misleading promotion?
i think they mean if you purchase it over the web
i'm not totally sure but i know that after the trial period you can buy the game or so i think you can, i've been playing since beta
if you can't buy it through them then maybe there's a mail in rebate for the game or something like that

Re: misleading promotion?
You can purchase the box and register the cd key...or do nothing and be charged $29.99 via the electronic download charge.
At CompUSA the price is also $29.99 so it amounts to whether or not you have a need to have a physical copy of the CD.
Be careful in your registration process if you buy a box. I chose the wrong option and ended up starting a new account rather that upgrading the existing one.
Hope that clears it up for you.
