Arrrgh noooo 'Error:error code 1'?!?!?!

I cant get on ryzom please please tell me how 2 fix this problem

I get the same problem, I double-click on the ryzom icon on my desktop and i type my password in, but it comes up with error:cant connect(error code 1) i cant access klients to compain on it as it says connection refused. I was on ryzom 5 mins before hand and had 2 reconnect( only got 56k) adn when i tried to log back in that error came up plz help
