A good few of us are in a similar situation on the NA server, myself included. I contacted the GMs in game and by email and they were unwilling or unable to help. Getting back to my home civilization alone is just shy of imposible, it seems even for most strong guilds in the game travelling by foot between civilizations is a daunting task.

I just want to respond to this statement by Ozric. Now given that I'm on the NA server some things might have been different, but I'm assuming that the events were very similar. My Fyros character didn't take part in the event, the first time I get wind of it is while out foraging, but I still got caught up in this mess. After a while I head back to Pyr, first thing I notice is that there is a new Kami in the market, and like any curious player I go to interact with it. Well, apprently the Kami are asking Fyros to assist the Zoria and they now can send us directly there to that civilization. At this point there is no message about needing to have your own means to get back from the NPC or any messages from GMs, event people or nearby players. I assumed that there would be kami on the other side to send me back. So one click later the Kami sends me to Zoria, I take a quick look around the city and then imediately set about looking for the kami to send me back, there was none!
Well why didn't I have a teleport ticket to Pyr? Up until this point I had never traveled between civilizations, my character hadn't even reached level 100 in any of his skills. So up until finding this new Kami, such travel was simply beyond my current means. That said, I had heard of teleport tickets and roughly understood how they worked from listening to other players, and even tried to buy one in the past. Other players would say the Kami sell them, so logically I go interact with the kami, but the kami had no option to sell tickets in their dialogue. It was only later stuck in Zorai that I figured out I had to sellect the base of the kami symbol to buy it.
So, that's my story, so what's my point and gripe with those sharing Ozric's attitude? I imagine that many of those stuck have similar stories to me, they didn't ignore anyone, and they just did what everyone has to do to learn how to play this particular MMORPG, they tried something out for themselves. For better or worse almost everthing regarding game play in SoR is either learned by trial and error, or by other players who have learned from trial and error. Who can honestly blame us for thinking that if we could so easily go to this distant land, that a similar means would be provided for us to return? Following that what game developers would deliberately place in a game like this the means for uninformed players to isolate themselves from their guildmates/friends and appropriate game play for their character?
