SUCH ａ bad service???

I am playing on french server.but it's very hard for me know none french and i need transfer to english server.
I have ticketed in-game support,but nobody support me!!!

What's bad service?! Any custom service here?>Please answer me.

You has one week to change your server, with your profil. You have wait two weeks, and I can't move you... Only Nevrax can help you, don't me.
