Is there going to be a stat reset with Episode 2?

I did submit this as a ticket in game, and got a quick and useful reply to it from Phaedra, but i thought it would be good if they could hear what other people think. I wouldn't mind a stat reset, as I (and a few others ive spoken to) tried a different craft route after the reset, and dont like it, or improved a skill a lot more but then found they dont use it.

The only reason to do a reset is if the skills receive a major overhaul at each patch (which they won't). If the skills receive no major overhaul, you will see no skill reset.

yeah but what about players who joined after the reset? they may want to change some skills.its unfair on them, as they had no prior experience with the skills and havent had a chance to change them.

I read somewhere that one game (cant remember a name) has a Stat Reset NPC you go to.you pay money and your stats are reset.it seems like a good idea to me. pay 50k, have ya stats reset

The ONLY reason we had a reset was because skills were fundamentally changed AFTER we had learned them. This was made quite clear before the reset.

All stanzas, actions and characters' stats have been reset. However, we have given back all the skill points to your characters. This is due to a major balancing in the actions / stanzas costs.

Those who have not had to deal with that did not have to learn to do things one way and then BAM! skills change and now we have to learn to do it all over again. So, as far as things being "fair", that's a trade off.

Nevrax is operating now pretty much the same way they did during testing and that means we won't see a reset unless there are more changes made to the basic skills.

yeah i thought it would be nice.i know the scriptin for it may be a pain but it would be nice to have one. have one in every capital or something
