Hello all, some of you may have seen me on newbie island, some have not seen me at all. I just want to say Hello to everyone and I hope to encounter you all in my travels afar. I have played this game for about 4 day total, having it for 2 weeks now. I must say it's a relatively easy game to get into, I love how you can do whatever you want, whenever you want. Only gripes must be the lag spikes I have been encountering, especially on Character Selection, and the Trainers in the "Big Tree". I wish this game had a bit more better reviews from the magazines because I think everyone should try it. I was hoping to find more advertisement of this game, especially now with the 2 week trial period. I myself only heard of it because I just happened to be trying to find a new game at the PX and saw this game right next to EverQuest 2 (which i haven't tried out yet)...never heard of it before but I always try out games, especially the lesser known ones... usually more quality in it. So anyways, I hope the user base picks up and that we all can help each other out in game, I know as a newbie I would love to get help from some of the beta testers or the ones that been here since day one. \

To bad you missed a huge epic battle yesterday. They have those every so often. The lands were attacked by hordes of creatures affected by the goo (and the goo was all over the place too). And so tons of people got together and cleaned the lands of them.

tho if you're off newbie island right now, i think it's a bit too early for you to get off. i'd say min lvl 20 before you decide to go off the island. if you are then maybe i'll see you on one day

as for the epic battles, they aren't that often but they do happen and are loads of fun, tho not as fun when you gotta swim for 15 mins just to get back to the event *hint*hint*
