All titles are reset to homin, as some of you had titles which they should not have?

What might those titles be?

If it's the Karavan and Kami ally titles, what do we need to do to get them? I have a 96 fame with the Kami, I think I should be able to be called an ally if I want.

After one of the earlier patches, some people had access to all sorts of titles that they were not qualified for, and they put them on. So, that's gone now and you can be sure when you see someone with the title Destroyer that they are actually that high-level warrior.

Not entirely correct on two accounts. First those with incorrect titles logged in after patch 1 and those titles had *replaced* the title they had pre-patch 1. The reason no one changed back to their earned titles was because they now only had access to lvl21 and lower titles.

Second, mini-patches 24 & 25 have restored the missing titles but DID NOT actually reset the title currently in use.

I haven't checked this morning, but last time I looked at the titles my single low-level character had, there was something in there that looked buggy. Something like "<NOTEXT>: KAMI ALLY" or some such.

Yes, that and Karavan_Ally, both removed with patch 25 (not sure, as Raynes noted, what is required for those)

Actually, with the bugged titles what I was really curious about was which other title you had would allow you access to the super-high-level ones. Like, I had some 1h melee title which no one else did except for another friend of mine who also had range warrior. Would have almost been fun to track that down.

Good deal. Everytime I saw a "Master of Life" who didn't actually earn it I wanted to kick them :P

Checking info while we were bugged and able to access it, it gave this:

"this title cannot be earned" or some such.

Perhaps it is an NPC only title.

Awwww i lose my 'Celestial Guardian' Title...i felt unique with it too...sigh
