Where do I get my pre-order code from?

I pre-ordered my copy of Ryzom from Game in the UK, it arrived on the release date but has no pre-order code. Also pre-ordering in other countries seemed to get you a bracelet of some kind or a mouse mat, what did we get in the UK? Nothing, Wouldn't mind but everyone is practically two weeks ahead of us in the game so we've now got to play catch up.

The UK server went live on the evening of the 16th. Not sure where you get "2 weeks" from ?

Yeah agreed, fyroswise the place is still rather sparsely populated. Hopefully tomorrow more ukers will have time to play.

I think he's referring to the fact that the game went on retail sale in the UK more than a week after the 'official' release.

Only way to get in before that was to order from France or Germany, which many people were reluctant to do.

On topic, I ordered 2 copies of the game (cos I'm a nutter) from alapage and amazon.de. I've yet to see a pre-order code from either.

Who did you pre-order with ? Are you sure its the pre-order code and not just the CD code (pre-order code is all letters afaik)

I am still waiting for my email from alapage.com also, mind you it did say 5 weeks and its not even 2 yet, so I am not overly concerned, and even if I did have it, they don't seem to have fixed the problem meaning I dont get the add pre-order code in my account options anyway

No, Depending where you order it differs. For example if you ordered from amazon.de the pre-order code is not mailed it is indeed on a sticky label on the shrink wrap. Also on my ryzom from alapage(not preordered) the registration key is on the manual and not cd.

I did not pre-order the game but the Danish webshop I bought it from yesterday (just had it delivered two hours ago) had for some reason added a note with a pre-order code nonetheless (and it shows up on my order status on their website as well).
It was not accepted during the subscribtion process however, and while I can hardly complain about this (nor will I of course), does anyone know why it is not accepted? Already in use by someone who rightfully pre-ordered the game and perhaps had the code e-mailed to him in advance?

Edit: Actually I just managed to activate it from the account options page. If someone in authority feels that I should *not* be granted this privilege considering I did not actually pre-order the game, I can fully understand if you deactivate this pre-order bonus on my account .
Of course, since I got it from perhaps the only shop in Denmark who will have the game for another week or so (looks that way from my experience tracking it down yesterday anyway), and there probably are not many other Danish subscribers yet, maybe you could be nice to an early adopter of the game afterall .
