Who let who down on the distribution front?

No point in posting here the useless emails I've received from amazon.ca.
Suffice to say, the people answering email queries have no idea when the
game will be available, they have no clue about the pre-order code, and I
bet the price gets bumped up (currently shows $49.99 CDN) before they
ship it anyway.

Also, the lower half of the order page has a negative review of Ryzom.
