Crash to desktop Ryzom_Client error

Steps to repeat this constantly since patch 21:

1) Own an appartment
2) Enter the appartment (Mine is in Yrk)
3) Wait about 30 seconds, and you will be booted out of the apartment.
4) Once booted, try to re-enter the appartment.
5) CRASH

The game crashes with a message box that Ryzom_Client caused an error, and its a C++ error box, but NO report-out.

My video card is an NVIDIA with latest drivers (don't know model of it, came with PC, but it has 256 megs of ram)

I had NO issues prior to patch 21, this only started since patch 21.

I can easily repeat this if a GM or Tech wants to watch it happen.
