Post by wayas »

iv had more time looking at the loading screen than actual gameplay, it crashes every 10min and i often find myself dead when im relogged in. working off dp before another crash...

Sort of.

It keeps getting stuck on the 'probe' server status, for up to 10 minutes at a time, or never coming back out of it.

This has caused me to die several times. :(

Certainly more unstable since the last patch, which is more of a concern to me than a lot of other things.

This sounds similar to what affects me.
I get in okay after a reboot, but once it's hung quitting and reconnecting doesn't ork, I have to reboot

I'm still crashing a lot, so much that i would be happy to accept whatever they make to the actual gameplay as long as it wouldn't crash :( I'm staying for another week to see if there will be a fix....

Im having same problems, gone from almost never crashing to crashing / locking up every 10 mins. Basically the game is totally unplayable. Out of interest I decided to create a new character and to my surprise, 5 hrs on noob island without a single crash!?!?! Is it poss for my main character to have become corrupted??

I will stick with the new char now to get them to the mainland and see if I get any crash problems there.

The game crashed a lot on me at times, updating the driver seemed to have helped. Coincidence? I don't know, but try it :p

Still getting odd server loss which can last up to 5 minutes. Usually happens at 6:00-6:15 AM CET, and every hour 2-3 hours after that. The other times have been to random to note any pattern.

The ones in the early morning are the potential lethal ones, so I plan ahead for them. Crafting, makeing tea or takeing a break around the time they can hit. :)
