Is there someplace we can go to report bugs, or to see if a bug has already been reported? I'm talking about actuall bugs, not game balance issues. I'd report things here, but with the flood of complaints I'm not sure things would be seen.

You can use the customer support tool in the game. Press the button that looks like a wrench on your tool bar in the client.
