My votes go for the following, in no particular order:

1) Roll back mob damage to pre-Patch 1 levels; given that mobs hit more often now, the damage over time is just too high right now.

2) Roll back mob magic resists to pre-Patch 1 levels. It is very difficult to level magic now, with mobs resisting 9 out of 10 casts, often more than that.

3) Add a Jump key; there are some spots that it looks like you can get over, but strangely, you can't. Without a specific 'location' system of grid coordinates, it isn't possible to report every area of terrain blockages we run into.

4) ARMOR DYES! I'd like to make max dodge armor green, or amber, or turquoise, or even black or white. I'm tired of having only red or blue as available colors in choice mats, and black and white from Prime Roots, AND having to balance color with stats.

5) More armor styles. Granted, I think the Fyros medium armor is sexy, but some folks would prefer something a bit more understated. And with this, make it so the styles are available when you get the base pattern, not have to spend hard earned sp on new patterns that clutter up the dialog when you go to make something.

6) Better organization of the armor plans in the crafting dialog. Perhaps select the item (boots), then on the make item dialog, selectors for what types are available (light, medium, heavy), quality ratings (normal, Medium, Heavy), and any additional patterns developed. Also, that dialog could be compacted some, maybe display the mat slots in a 2x2 matrix, or a row of 2 or 3 across; as it is, that dialog is kind of long.

7) Add ability to mark the character's current location directly on the map. In real life, a person can drive a stake into the ground right between his feet, but in this game, right-clicking on the map over the character's location and creating a marker that way is often inaccurate, by up to 10 meters.

8) More user defined flags, at least double the current number. And, when I see a system message that my character is saved, it should also save said flags; currently, it does not, unless I am able to exit the game normally (maybe this is a bug?)

9) Make the mob level indicator relative to the charater's level, average fighting skills, highest fighting skill, whatever. And indicate what's aggressive and what's not; that features was supposed to be in this game at release, and the Help still describes it as being there but it's been changed to color and star rating, which I still don't quite understand.

Something fairly small in scope, but probably not so small in design: Sheath Mechanics

I'd like to see some weapon sheathing code, like they have in ffxi and wow. There's just something about being able to wear one's weapon on their person that really solidifies the feeling of realism for me in a game. I've never really understood why characters have had to either walk around unarmed with their weapons hidden in some invisible backpack, or walk with their weapons in their hands as if they're ready to chop off the head of the next person they see. Now, I don't code, so I don't know how practical this is to implement, but I would still like to see it put in, or at least considered.

Another nice thing would be some better combat animations for melee. Now, not all of the combat animations are bad. I, for one, happen to really like the pike animations, and the dual-wield animations aren't bad either, but the stance isn't all that practical really, and the improve damage animation for dual-wield is just plain idiotic if you ask me. Who does a full forward flip to stab something? Not practical in any way at all. The two handed sword/mace animations are just horrible in my opinion, for both males and females. Anywho, something small in scope, but not quite so small in design.

More melee/range combat skills would be nice to see as well. Now I'm not saying throw away all the old ones, or add new and more powerful ones. Split the existing ones into smaller sub-sets of each other. Since parry and dodge are now more haphazard, to say the least, why not split some of the skills into smaller pieces where you're required to use one before you can use the other. Like a quick strike that opens up your opponent for an improve damage attack. Just something to make combat more entertaining than just hitting the attack key and improve damage repeatedly. Perhaps something along the lines of a soften up move that can be used on it's own, and a finishing move that can only be used once the soften technique has been used. Anything at all would be nice really, as melee combat is pretty dull and tedious at the moment, and really has been from the very beginning if you ask me.

Anywho, I honestly don't expect to see any of these implemented, most likely due to time, difficulty, or a lack of resources to be devoted to them, but it would still be nice to have one or two of them, if not all 3.

My #1 most important thing is mob/character cycling with the keyboard other than just 'closest'. Cycle near to far and reverse. Also cycle team members.

#2 is fully integrated keyboard usage, so that all I have to do with my mouse is adjust windows to how I see fit.

#3 I hate it when tell windows always pop up in the middle of my screen. Make them pop up where I put them!

#4 When a new person tells to me add a tab to the first window instead of a new window. Max 5 tabs so I can talk to 10 people in two windows would be grand. Most I ever talk to is 4 really.

5. Who list for other regions really does sound nice.

6. Break down of xp for groupers. For example, a mob gives 1500 to a soloer. This same mobs gives 10% less (1350) to a group of two. This scale continues downwards at rate that is still condusive to group leveling, though it encourages people to challenge themselves.

more later!

A way to map keys to mouse buttons. I'd like to assign things like attack, auto-run, and change hotkey bar to my 3rd, 4th, and 5th mouse buttons. Also allow us to remap what the scroll wheel can do. Also really good would be to allow us to alt+scroll and shift+scroll for fast cycling of whatever we want. It'd be really neat if one could alt+scroll to cycle through all availible targets or shift+scroll select through one's party. This would really add some slick streamlining.

Here is my list:

1) A notepad feature that allows me to take notes.

2) An upgraded map system that lets me keep multiple sets up bookmarks (one for mobs, one for npc camps, one for mats, and so on).

3) Have the fame system mean something.
a) Have it so that if you reach a high fame level NPC's randomally mention your name when talking.
b) Have NPC's of the group you have high fame with rescue you if you are about to get killed. (I mean if I have an Icon fame of 100 and 75 personal you would think they would help me if I am getting killed).
c) More exclusive benefits to fame. It takes a lot to get 100 fame with a group. There should be things like access to certain areas and use of certain weapons as a reward.

4) A compas that can be filtered. Allow me to have it show only aggressive mobs.

5) A indicator that tells you how close you are to a NPC camp (even if you haven't visited it).

6) For the love of Jena, PLEASE give us some sort of invisibility magic. Just make it so that you can't do other things while using it and that it can't be instantly activated.

7) Multiple picks. If a pick can wear out like equipment, then we should be able to make different kinds that offer different bonuses. Maybe one that offers a focus reduction bonus, or one that offers better quality goods that normally found.

8) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE start having the NPC's say stuff. Right now the game is very lacking in that dept. And I would just like to say thank you for putting the jobs instead of the name above NPC groups!

9) Put more information about the various groups in game. I want to know more about the Zora Kovan and the Icon Worshippers.

10) Have NPC groups fight each other. It seems pretty silly that the Icon Worshippers can walk right through the Eyes of Intuition camp without any problems.

11) Signs in town telling what each building is and signs pointing the way to buildings.

12) Signs in town telling what each building is and signs pointing the way to buildings.

13) Signs in town telling what each building is and signs pointing the way to buildings.

***And yes I said it 3 times... it needs to happen

14) Some sort of armor that allows us to walk over goo, if not totally safe at least more safe.

15) More suprises to be found exploring.

16) Get rid of the blank windows! Even if you can't put missions and other things in, they should at least acknowledge that I am speaking to them.

17) Apartment furnishings. Maybe introduce a new crafting skill tree that allows us to use mission items to make apartment items. I would love to have a yubo rug and a Izam leather chair. :)

18) The ability to cutom paint the Zorai masks.

19) The ability to have another person in the apt with me.

20) Clues on the harvesting missions on where to locate the items .

21) A RP chat channel

And I know you said no bugs, but I have to mention these two because they are driving me nuts!
1) Fix the fact the Icon Worshippers give Matis fame instead of Zoraii fame. I've never talked to a Matis and I have a high fame level with them.
2) And this is most important.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix the name of the Icon Worshippers. In game they are all called the Icon Workshippers!

I actually agree with this one item:

4) A compas that can be filtered. Allow me to have it show only aggressive mobs.

That would solve so many of the agro problems, and make there agro range smaller.

Jeffhill about this:

1. Ability to have more than 1 chat window and to filter it on what you desire.. much like it does now, but several. That way I can read both region and guild chat and not have the 2 mesh together. Also typing in the guild chat window defaults to guild chat and typing in region window defaults to region chat.

You can have all tabs in seperate windows, simply right click thema nd they will open a new chat window.

Modify the sleep spell so that it does not give aggro anymore, and even remove it. That way, harvesters under attack can use it to slip away or it could be used to sneak past a single mob.

Add tribe camps to the map. Once you find them, they should show.
