Configuration Please Help!!! :)

Hiyas, I just DL the game, created an account, logged on and for some reason my screen only shows a huge ? and half of 4 boxes to the left of my screen. I have tried readjusting the config but I have it on the smallest fitting and It still looks/seems like its too big for me to select any icons on it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

*Note* I meant the character creation screen, I cant create a character because the screen doesnt fit my window
