Led Zeppelin are my favourite longtime band, but currently my favourite is a band from Seattle/Texas called The Supersuckers. If Motorhead and Lynyrd Skynyrd had wild unabandoned sex during a full moon, The Supersuckers would be the love child

It's tough for me to pick just one, since my favorite tends to shift with my frequently varied moods. I'd say Bauhaus/Tones on Tail are definitely up at the top. Sky Cries Mary and XTC/the Dukes of Stratosphear are also way up there. I'll round it out with Orbital, just because I listen to even their oldest stuff constantly, and that's no small feat for a techno group.
