game locks up on exit?

everytime i try to exit the game it locks up. it the kinda lock up where the image wont leave and if you open a new window or the start menu and lcose it it still stays oon screen. i thought it might just take a while but after doing a crtl-alt-del i found that it wasn't responding. so i ended up forcing a restart. everytime windows would start to close it would open a window trying to end a program called "ccApp". not sure if they have anything to do with each other though.

Mine just takes 3 or 4 minutes to close all the way, I find if your at the exit screen press ALT+TAB and the game will go away
