btw, are my calculations correct, yes or no?
also consider this, me: "Yo, i'm not getting any XP here, could we move to easier mobs with less XP, shouldn't affect your leveling too much, since we can kill them way faster.

It doesn't bother you to know that by asking for such a thing you are killing 8 other peoples experience rates? This is like having a friend stay over at your house for the weekend. Sure its fun on the first day, maybe even the second, but if he takes up residence on your couch you are going to resent it. It's not my fault or theirs that I can no longer contribute to the team. I just can't. The way the game stands right now, I need to level to be able to contribute. However, we all level at the exact same rate. Therefore I will always be behind everyone. This means that I shall never catch up and my team will never be able to operate against enemies at their full potential if they are dragging me along.xenofur wrote:dunno, thought they were your friends, my friends do these kind of things for me =)

Why, when we all want to play together in a team... should we be forced to break up into *two* teams just to mantain a reasonable experience rate for everyone?xenofur wrote:Tried leveling in smaller groups? From the experience of my guild mates a quite effective group has the following constellation: 1 Melee, 1 Healer, 2 Off.Aff. Mages. A smaller teamsize would lower the level of the mob you need to kill to a point where you should be able to affect it.
Sidenote: Our CM regularly sends a list of questions to Nevrax, one question was if they could raise the team limit and the answer was that 9 is the limit they are willing to go to. This seems to indicate that the current gameplay is geared towards grouping, but smaller groups.
Btw, nice way of dodging my question. =)
