I'm in the same boat, and also canceled last night. I advocated this game to everyone, and am just suddenly disappointed. It's just all the little things.

I was excited about patch one (18 + 19) as an "equalizer", and really fixing the economy. I can't solo. Every group I've hunted with gets rolled within the first couple of pulls. I have an insurmountable DP, and to top it off, I can't find any materials of the Q I need to proceed with crafting (why do NPC mats run out??).

There's just nothing for my character, or me, to do.

Nevrax has already started to fix the code and, I believe, their 'reputation'. The post patch 1 mini patch, and messages from Cerest clearly indicate that our concerns have been heard and are being addressed.

you all jump the gun too fast. Why should they apologize, they invested millions to bringing you the public a different game you can play. Sure a few bumps in the road, but of what i have seen the game is still being patched correcting the wrong.

Nevrax has been in constant contact with us and has keep to their word everytime. The new patch addressed many issues and i find the game lot more fun now. Soloing till lvl 250 would of been boring, now people need good groups.

Its your choice to un-subscribe but do you really think anyone else is better??

WoW wants you to pay file planet a subscription to get on the stress test. Now thats greedy!!

So if you all cant wait a few days so a major patch can be tweaked, then i am sorry but you are people that will never be happy. Personally i like a good challenge in a game. If we could do everything in 1 month then why bother playing.

Correction the Themis group has been in constant contact with us, Neverax has not peeped a word since release to us.

Amounts to the same thing. That is their job, and they are doing it well.

I agree our CSRs, or rather my former for atleast the time being, are excellent, but i have to disagree that that ammounts to the same thing. It is most obvious after the past few days that Neverax did not listen to ATS players or their concerns and should therefore be considered very far from in constant contact. Unless your refering to the physical contact of their tiny french manhoods into our american rears.

Even in the pre-patch, we still grouped though. What happened though, was that blind was too strong, so people could level faster.

I hardly ever fought solo. If i did, it was to get a bag full of mats that i could use to grind craft up. Any other time i went to fight it was with my friends, fighting the things the group could take. Not for the sake of getting as high as we could get as quickly as we could. But for the fun we were having and the company.

We had melee and mages all working together really well, when the xp dried up, we moved on to find out what else we could take in a trial and error basis, sometimes resulting in the group dying, but we learned and adjusted.

Not blasting your comments in any way, just trying to put forward that there were always groups on the go. BUT, for those who didnt want to group, they could still go out and fight. :)

I guess, but still a huge amount of blame goes to nevrax for releasing the patch in the first place when they knew there was gameplay issues people had with it, let alone the major bugs, (geez why would they try to fix magic amps with gloves only to break them even more severly by instead making 100 skill the most you can get to craft them to only 50skill). Harvesting is ok if your high skill, I got 155 desert and I do so so there now, but for some reason in roots i do complete crap. First I get alot of dp that now takes forever to work off, then I go to pull ql 120 mats and get 50-90 usually. I have 120 skill in roots foraging so wtf? The amount of mats I get is fine, but for some reason my quality is lacking alot.

Then another major issues has come up with patch1, well since it sucked so much so many people have quit, I cant even seem to sell any of the crafted items im making, even though I have ql 140 magic amps, ql 160 burning swords and living pikes. Why? Well if there arnt many people on that will cut sales down alot I guess, then when you figure that no one is even hunting at higher levels from what ive seen, I guess that will screw the rest of your sales up.

So im left thinking, what is there to do in game for me to have fun? Well I sat in pyr, went roots, then dyron, thesos, and back to pyr. After finding no one hunting, I didnt feel like harvesting for mats that are worthless to me atm with no one to buy crafted items, So crafting is out too, well that left me with a big nothing to do, after sitting in pyr for about 15more mins and hardly even seeing anyone talking in region, I just logged out.

If the game were fun, you wouldnt see so many canceled accounts. I know that they did a backup before patch1, would be idiots not to, so why in the world would nexrax not just revert from patch 1 until the issues were resolved? Change is ok, but it has to be within reason, or the game wont be fun and thats the situation were in now. I dont care if harvesting and combat is fixed, after all blind was just silly, but it needs to be tested out properly on test server before its patched to live server, making us pay to beta test the game isnt right. Its unacceptable to force in a buggy, unbalanced patch and then make us tolerate the time it takes to fix the problems while we are paying you for the game. I personally feel that shortly after patch 1 was obviously a bust the game should have been reverted back to before patch until those issues were resolved.
