No, no endorsements yet, but to be fair, 24 hours ago this forum was only an idea, it hadn't been created yet.
The reason for a new forum is that the forum for role-players here is a "role-playing forum", a place for RPers to go to tell their stories. They are intended to be primarily in character forums. What I intend is a primarily out of character forum, although there is one IC area already. The reason for an ooc forum? I envision a place for RPers to gather to share ideas, to create stories, to develop characters and relationships, and much more, in an environment that is populated primarily by like-minded individuals, groups, and guilds.
In addition, even if a discussion of game issues arises some may prefer to have the discussion in an environment more suited to discussing those issues from an RPer's perspective and not having the discussion clouded by those who hold other gaming styles. And finally, in a forum separate from the official one here we can be much more flexible, and we can cater to the needs or wants of the community as it grows.
I encourage you, and others as well, don't wait for an endorsement of this forum by someone else before visiting yourself, rather visit, participate in the process of growing the SoR RP community, and then make your own endorsement if that suits you.
