white clothing on fx5200

white clothing on fx5200

clothing renders correctly at load, but quickly fades to white clothing.... at least half of all clothing renders do this... i have found no setting that will fix it on fx5200 (nvidia) with directx9c installed..... going to back down to directx9b to see if that fixes
