i joined the game a while back had my chars deleted randomly so i made a new zorai on monday, everything was going well until todays patch. I had 1/20 in magic, i bought the starter pack with my harvest points, i go to hunt a suckling yubo and do 1 dmg!! im wearing the amps but for christs sake how are people ever going to leave noobie island if they cant get magic up, and the other silly thing is a suckling yubo will have killed me before i do 1/2 damage to it.

I have tried to make a new char and see how the patch could affect the growth of a new born refugee ...

I chose a magic pack, a harvest pack and a craft pack, with the intention to level the fighting skills from scratch. I did it a few times before the patch ...

Well you can't survive on the starting island ... all you can do is harvest.

Every time I took my chances and tried to kill a suckling Yubo I died !
It happened using acid damage as a mage & using an axe as a fighter ...

The result is that probably we won't see new players in the game ...

I guess they will leave after a few days and never come back.

talked to the gms about it for the last 2 hrs and nevrax are fixing it, gms think its ridiculous aswell, not a good way for new players to get into the game is it lol
