client.cfg error on line 7

What is this?
I cant accses the game. it says "Parse error on the client.cfg file, line 7"
What cind of error is that??? A patch-error?
Let me know!

no idea actually but try re install ? repair i dont know.. try that first....

I have the same problem ... ?? Occured after the patch.

Same problem here.

When i try to start Ryzon a error messagepops up which says:

<NotExist:TheSagaOfRyzom>
Parse error on the "D:\games\Ryzom\client.cfg" file, line 7


I played after the desastrous 'patch' 1 but logged off for new 'patch' , now i can check if its upagain.

Go towards your ryzom directory; after that: click on icon which has the name 'ryzom recover' on it: maybe it helps.

Solution found in German forum:


go to client.cfg file and edit some values.

whne u have sumthing like: =0,1000000000 there, change it to :
0.1000000000

there a 6 or 7 of this numbers where u have to edit the comma for a period.

Works after then for me.

Dont ask why...................
