It's a virtual revolution of Ryzom players on all four servers. The number of posts on all boards has jumped exponentially. And although German is the one language available that I can't read, I'm sure their posts aren't all that positive either. Even the players in game are doing nothing much more than standing around talking about how much they dislike patch one.
And in the end, we will alll realize, it was all a Kami plot.

Re: We are not alone.
I think the patch and most the concepts in it are great! Some of the main points mentioned all over the place were changed to too much of an extreme.
Re: We are not alone.
i do agree, i would stick witht he game if they maybe lowered damage by about 25% from mobs/ explosions/ etc,a nd maybe upped the success rates of crafting/ foraging, but from what i hear the affliction mages are downa nd out.

Re: We are not alone.
Actually, I've been reading the Euro English Community boards, and there are quite a few people piping up over there about feeling that patch one is a good change. I tend to agree with them, and I think that if the people who are so offended by it would take a step back and look at the bigger picture, realizing that this is the first patch in an ever-evolving game, their blood pressure might drop a bit and they might even think about staying on to see the Pendulum O' Balance swing in the other direction with the next patch. Although I can't find the thread anymore, I did see a sticky posted by Cerest yesterday saying that the Devs are going to address the issues people are having with harvesting and soften it up a little bit.loyats wrote:It's a virtual revolution of Ryzom players on all four servers. I haven't been in game since Sunday, but am currently downloading the big, scary patch, and looking forward to seeing what all the controversy is about.

Hi
I am from the German Community and I can tell you that were are all talking about the same problems.
I havn´t met anyone who is very happy about this patch.
All we can do is to hope that the 4 Communities are strong enough in telling what they want. And that Nevrax starts to do something against the problems with patch one.

You have been posting in almost every single thread about this patch and you haven't even played the game yet with the new patch??
No wonder you don't know what you are talking about!
