Just a question i would like to see. How many people are thinking about canceling ryzom now? After seeing and playing the new patch? I tried soloing for 10 mins and racked up 80k in debt preety quickly. Not sure how disapointed everyone else is. Just liek to geta ruff idea of how many people are going to quit. Post a simple yes and no below and lets count hmm.

Geez the first sign of something that doesn't benefit the players and everyone is up in arms.

I'm here to stay. What else am I going to play? EQ2? Ha!

I'm, at this point, undecided. I really want to wait and see what happens.

For a game thats supposedly geared towards being so individualistic, they sure have squelched that entire philosophy as far as leveling goes. My character, a pure melee, has been rendered ineffective on things I had no problem handling before. I was totally ready for a tougher challenge... but there's a difference between tougher challenge... and powerfully impossible without the support of a team.

The initial system was great where it was. Keep the stars, up the damage, lower the HP, but not to these ungodly extremes.

Well as a magic user i'm kinda sad, i can't do much now because i like to solo, i'm not going to drop it , i'm going to let them fix the damage done by mobs wich is simply ridiculous...


basically you cast magic you get hit your dead....im currently at lvl 55 offensive and i couldnt even last more then 5 seconds froma hard kippie, was hitting me in melee for 275 per hit when i have 550 total...

I'm logging for now very dissapointed...

On a good note i like what they have done to the Gingos, just that the hit rate/damage rate is out of proportion...make the game unplayable

I think the game is pretty balanced...you pretty much HAVE to stick to near your level even in groups....however the exp is NOT balanced...if exp was balanced so a group of 4 lvl 100s got ~2k exp for killing a 100 monster it would be balanced, as of now you barely get close to that

I'm not too pleased. Getting hit for 172 damage from a mob that gave me 39xp. That's way out of balance, and not what I signed up for. I'm sure they will work things out eventually, but I must say I don't have much patience left for this sort of thing. I'm tired of paying money to game companies that think it's okay to jerk their paying customers around while they figure out what they are doing.
