Encourage teaming is one thing.. FORCE teaming is another.
they want to encourage teaming? easy. add 10% of the total xp each member of the team before the first.. the more people kills a monster the more xp they get. people will mass team like that.
teaming in harvest? that too! make the skills to preserve the source as profitable as the harvesting ones even more actually, also make yeld-increase care plans as well. to harvest more. harvesters will seek actively helpers and helpers will be happy to make alot of xp since they don't get the materials harvested.
Teaming in magic? easy: BUFFS. I don't know if there are any buffs but for now I just saw healing spell in defensive magic (I am just level 28 tho I don't know too well. magic to increase people melee damage, to increase their dodge, to increase their damage resistance and so on. that will give defensive mages a good kick up.
